About
The Billington Group is a family-owned food and agriculture business, and it had decided that business as usual wasn’t going to be enough. Growing for the Future was its answer: a purpose statement with a plan behind it, organising the company’s values into things people could actually do. The platform needed an identity that would carry across every part of a business where teams rarely saw each other’s work. At Revolt we built the identity around a patchwork. Each piece stands for a theme or an action, and together they make a single picture, which is the point: the business moves forward when all its parts join up. The system is modular, so it can tell a small story or a big one, and the illustration and palette are deliberately bright and playful. Corporate purpose tends to arrive in grey. This one was made to look like something worth being part of.
